We're building an all-in-one customer support platform centered around exceptional customer experiences. Our innovative product combines customer interactions into a unified timeline, streamlining the way businesses handle multiple tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders on operational tasks and projects as needed.
Support day-to-day operations and ensure seamless implementation task execution.
Conduct research to aid sales and outreach efforts.
Migrate customer data efficiently for a smooth transition to our platform.
Foster adoption success by helping customers fully integrate Atlas within their support teams.
Set clear expectations and provide regular progress updates to customers.
Track and analyze outbound emails to prospective customers for lead generation and sales growth.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in sales support, operations, or outbound-focused roles.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience working at a customer support software startup.
Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
Knowledge of customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and Zoho Support.
A track record of effectively handling outbound emails.
