At least 5 years inProject Management with 35 years of experience as a Scrum Masterfor tech or nontech teams (can becumulative)

Demonstrable experiencefacilitating adoption of Scrum within a team or businessunit

Experience as a trainer coach orfacilitator in a corporatesetting

Strong interpersonal skillsand businesslevel English

Capable ofmentoring and coaching professionals and nonprofessionals in agroup or 11 setting

Led a team of morethan 3 persons in an Agilesetting

Project Management experiencein traditional project managementcontexts

Scrum certification or Scrum Alliance preferred (PSM PSPO CSM CSPOetc)
