    Job Description:

    Max Aircon is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Pune location with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers, and managing a team of service technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and lead a team of service technicians, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development

    2. Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

    3. Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    4. Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

    6. Manage service contracts, warranties, and service agreements with customers.

    7. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    8. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely procurement of spare parts and equipment.

    9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors.

    10.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

    1 Fundamental Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).

    2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

    3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets.

    6. Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

    7. Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.

    8. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and service management software.

    9. Ability to work independently, prioritizes tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.

    10. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
