We are seeking an exceptional Deep Learning Engineer to join our pioneering team, driving the forefront of AI innovation. As a Deep Learning Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models, leveraging your expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, NLP, and neural networks. Your role will be pivotal in solving intricate challenges and pushing the boundaries of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Dive into comprehensive research on cutting-edge deep learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, elevating our AI capabilities to new heights.
• Model Design: Architect and implement robust deep learning models tailored for diverse AI applications, spanning computer vision, NLP, chatbot development, and beyond.
• Data Preprocessing: Curate and preprocess extensive datasets, ensuring optimal quality inputs for training and validating deep learning models.
• Model Training and Optimization: Execute model training and fine-tuning strategies, striving for unparalleled accuracy and performance metrics.
• Deployment: Deploy deep learning models seamlessly into production environments, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct rigorous assessments of model performance, iterating and refining to enhance accuracy and efficiency continuously.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions that precisely address specific needs.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning and AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in deep learning, machine learning, and statistical methodologies.
• Extensive experience in Deep Learning, particularly utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks.
• Advanced knowledge of deep learning applications in computer vision, encompassing image captioning, video analysis, image manipulation, image segmentation, object detection, and feature mapping.
• Expertise in DL modeling practices tailored to specific data characteristics, encompassing model size, training procedures, and custom-designed layers.
• In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art DL concepts such as Sequence modeling, Attention mechanisms, and Convolutional operations, coupled with a propensity for devising novel schemas tailored to unique datasets.
• Strong background in NLP, particularly in Language modeling, with hands-on experience utilizing pre-trained language models like Transformer, GPT, and BERT.
• Proficiency in GPU/CUDA programming for accelerated deep learning computations.
• Exceptional programming skills, particularly in Python, adhering to industry-best development standards.
• Fluency in the Python package ecosystem, particularly in ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with code production standards and proficient usage of version control systems.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, for scalable and efficient model deployment.
