    About Role:

    As a Senior Sales and Partnerships Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving the expansion of our client base. This pivotal role entails fueling our sales pipeline and accelerating revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, and engaging with potential clients.     Requirements:

    • Experience in building partnerships to expand business reach.
    • Comfortable with domestic and international travel for events and client meetings.
    • Ability to scale the sales team to 7 members by the end of December 2024.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and outbound prospecting efforts.
    • Cold Calling Expertise: Utilise cold calling as a sales channel to engage with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
    • Value Proposition Articulation: Articulate the value proposition of our products and services with clarity and conviction to pique interest and generate excitement.
    • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine outreach tactics based on performance metrics and market feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Great Storyteller: Ability to convey ideas effectively and engage audiences through compelling narratives.
    • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, with a proactive mindset towards achieving goals.
    • Result-Driven: Proactive and results-oriented mindset, thriving in high-speed environments.
    • High Energy: Extremely extroverted with high energy levels, driving enthusiasm within the team and during client interactions.
    • Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading a team, with a track record of team building and development.
    • B2B Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with B2B sales processes and environments, although not mandatory, is preferable.
