- Monitor the processing queue and ensure timely action on each request within SLA guidelines.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively, providing resolutions and communicating updates as necessary.
- Execute Banking official checks, disbursements, wire transfers, mutual fund transactions, MF buy/sell orders, FX currency/exchanges, global custody services, trade tickets, trade support processing tickets, cash transactions, Investment account closures and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues in processing activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Maintain comprehensive SOP documentation of all processed transactions and activities.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in Preferred Custody or Investment Operations.
- Proficiency in handling a wide range of processing activities including Banking official checks, disbursements, wire transfers, mutual fund transactions, MF buy/sell orders, FX currency/exchanges, global custody services, trade tickets, trade support processing tickets, cash transactions, Investment account closures and account updates.
- Strong understanding of SLA adherence and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
