    The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Location-Pune/Bangalore & Chennai
    • Master Degree in HR
    • 10-12 years' experience in Human Resources & 5+ yrs of Talent Management
    • Flexi to work from Office
    • Immediate/lesser notice period candidates only required

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for aligning business objectives and drive people imperatives
    • Collaborating with business and building a future ready workforce by way of skill transformation, building capabilities etc.
    • Providing strategic leadership and work with teams to tactfully to achieve objectives
    • Building a strong understanding of the business functions and priorities including the business unit's competitive advantage, technology, market share etc
    • Coaching and consulting Line Managers and Leaders about people matters
    • Help build and maintain organizational culture and continuously improve employee experience
    • Ability to work with cross functional teams to enable informed decisions with people related matters
    • Must have data literacy i.e. ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports, ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPI and use them to drive business results

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Masters in Business Administration / Masters in Personnel Management
    • 10-12 yrs of experience in HR
    • Great communication & presentation skills
    • Good change management and project management capabilities
    • Excellent stakeholder management
    • Fair understanding of disciplines within HR including Comp & Ben, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Compliance etc.
