About the job:

  • Greeting guests in an appropriate manner, and making them comfortable.
  • Escorting guest to meet concerned person in the office.
  • Relaying guest's arrival to concerned person in the office.
  • Instructing office boys to attend to the guests needs.
  • Assisting other departments in any task related to couriers, parcels, etc.
  • Arranging couriers to be dispatched as per requirement.
  • Keeping written track of all Inbound and Outbound couriers.
  • Coordinating incoming labels from printers with concerned person and sending to concerned places by appropriate couriers.
  • Conveying tasks given by management to office runners.
  • Preordering office stationery as per previous use.
  • Storying office stationery in a proper manner.
  • Updating reporting manager regarding required maintenance work in the office.
  • Supervising/checking ongoing maintenance work in the office.

Ideal requirement:

  • Can converse in English.
  • Working knowledge of Computer (MS Excel, MS Word)

Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
