    Description

    At WNS, we are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.

    This role requires identifying training and developmental needs and driving suitable training initiatives that foster loyalty within the organization.

    As a Training Manager, you will work across various departments to ensure employees are up-to-speed in both their specific vertical and the overall needs of the company.

    A background in business, leadership, human resources, development, and education is highly beneficial for this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess future and current training needs to develop targeted solutions.
    • Training Strategy: Develop and deploy comprehensive training methods to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of new hire training, refresher courses, and ad-hoc training requests.
    • Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs, providing regular reports on progress.
    • Ongoing Development: Provide opportunities for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
    • Team Management: Strategically manage the workload and workflows for the training team, establishing effective organizational structures to support all lines of business and workflows.
    • Communication: Proactively communicate with stakeholders on daily operational matters related to training.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Crime, specifically in AML KYC CDD, and EDD domains.
    • Comfortable working in rotational shifts or a Work-From-Office setup.
