    We are looking for a Manager, Facilities to join our Global Facilities team based in Bangalore, India, reporting to the director of Global Facilities Management & Real Estate. In this role, you will plan, organize, deliver, and support all facilities services inside of Infoblox and ensure the efficient and effective provision of these services. You will be responsible for our premises and site needs in the India region, including security of premises, maintenance, business continuity practices, and enhancement of all properties to the agreed organizational standards.     What you'll do:

    • Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility or portfolio of buildings
    • Develop and maintain positive internal/external stakeholder relationships
    • Produce, maintain, and communicate effectively regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, maintenance reports, and other related reports
    • Coach Facilities staff to deliver excellent service
    • Research and implement new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency
    • Develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives
    • Resolve problems associated with all building services, including janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, and cubes, as well an interior and exterior furnishing, fixtures, and equipment
    • Develop and propose operational processes and procedures by analyzing business needs and goals
    • Own the safety procedures of our facility, managing all safety documentation and training for the ERT teams
    • Nurture long-term relationships among associates, clients, stakeholders, and subtenant relationships fostering a strong team alliance, as well as encourage high team morale
    • Support the Facilities onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating with the hiring manager on seat location and setting up workstations
    • Review and create optimal moves and changes to seating arrangements
    • Review various budget reports for multiple Facilities functions
    • Oversee management of capital projects
    • Prepare and deliver performance appraisal for staff
    • Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies

    What you'll bring:

    • 10 years of experience in a facilities or office services role, ideally supporting a high-growth, India region, and office facilities
    • Awareness of facility management systems, such as CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems)
    • Familiarity with coordinating outside contractors in support of facility operations and maintenance
    • Ability to work on-call and weekend hours to provide site operational support as needed
    • Competency in MS Office and basic accounting
    • Basic knowledge of critical utility systems, HVAC, and emergency power systems
    • Excellent customer service focus with experience working with all levels at an organization
    • Attention to detail with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education, training, and experience in facilities planning
