- Phone handling, greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and general administrative tasks,
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and familiarity with HR documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist the HR department in candidate sourcing, screening interview
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
