    Position Title: Business Development Manager

    Reports to: Continental Manager

    Division / Department: International Business

    Location: HQ-Madurai

    Job Purpose:

    The candidate is expected for driving business growth and improvement at Aurolab, focusing on customer retention, cross-selling, complaints handling, sample processing, product feedback, regulatory follow-ups, regional marketing planning, and executing marketing activities through dealers/KOLs. They are responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Financial & Business results: Both units and revenue targets without compromising ASP's

    Premium products - Units / Revenue

    Strategy

    • Execute Campaign activities 1 / year.
    • Engage min 10 KOLs (existing & New) in the marketing Activity for premium products.
    • Execute RTDs / CMEs / Webinar /region – Quarterly – 2 activities.
    • Represent Aurolab in atleast 5 no's Annual Conference
    • 1 Client Visit covering 2 countries per quarter
    • Ensure Minimum 3 additional product registration in 3 countries
    • Premiumization / Sales from registered products
    • Cross Selling
    • Minimum 20% of business growth from existing customers.
    • customer complaints closure within the agreed TAT.
    • Rejuvenating the lost customers and get minimum 50% of their earlier performance

    Budget

    • Expenses should not exceed 7% of the Target.
    • Maintain Expenses and track its ROI.
    • Sample Processing

    Training

    • Proper reporting on all activities
    • Regular product knowledge update
    • Feedback/ PMS collection from the market
    • Regular Sales review reporting

    Operations

    • Meet the committed delivery date for all orders.
    • Ensure no Bad Debt
    • Ensure to meet the booking target.
    • Work along with regulatory & division for special packing based on the customer request.
    • Work on Special price for certain markets/Tenders, its approval and maintain special price list.
    • Regulatory follow up with RA executive & ensure to completing the registration on time
    • Support EE & EC in country specific special requirements.
    • To ensure the compliances of Audits.

    Educational Qualifications: MBA with relevant sales experience

    Experience: 7-8 years of experience
