    We are looking for a Site& Installation Manager

    You'll make a difference by:

  • The Site & Installation Manager is responsible of the organization of the transportation system installation work, in close coordination with the lots Installation Managers
  • He manages the site offices and storage for the transportation system
  • He is working closely with the EHS team to ensure a safe environment and working conditions to the team, including Subcontractors
  • The Installation Manager is in charge of making sure that the installed works are in conformity with the installation procedures, the QA/QC system and the Time Schedule in place
  • The Installation Manager is required to manage the preparation of the Time Schedule and has the responsibility for running it and reporting. He has to optimize the transportation system installation work in between lots such a way that we will maximize time for construction
  • To implement his task, the Installation Manager is responsible for defining the necessary resources (human and material) to manage the overall site, and give to the lots the requested access to the site
  • During the installation, the Installation Manager is required to organize the tasks, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled
  • The Installation Manager is responsible for his budget
  • Desired Skills:

  • Civil Work Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years, as site manager, in installation works
  • Validated experience in rail construction Management
  • Knowledge on international contracts
  • Leadership, initiative and decision minded
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
  • Perfect knowledge of the concreted rail system, in terms of installation
  • Good knowledge of the other activities, upstream to the rail installation such as civil works, survey, topography.
  • Knowledge of downstream activities, such as Power Supply and Maintenance will be an advantage
  • Speak, read and write English
  • Reporting line / functional manager: TS Delivery Director and Deputy Project Director
  • Main interfaces: Internal: TS Delivery Director, Transit System Engineering Manager, Lots Installation managers
