Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one of the following ERP platforms: Highris, Nestorbird, Odoo, Roadmap, Deskera, Absolute, Zoho ERP, Rednote, ERPNext, Ramco, MS Navision, Sage, Netsuite, QuickBooks, Align Books, TCS Ion, Optipro, or Konnect. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and processes.
2. ERP Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
3. Business Process Mapping: Analyze clients' existing business processes and map them to the functionalities of the chosen ERP system.
4. System Configuration: Configure ERP modules to align with clients' business processes and requirements.
5. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
6. System Testing: Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of the ERP system.
7. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and user guides.
9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and updates in ERP systems to provide informed recommendations to clients.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 4 to 8 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least one of the following ERP platforms: Highris, Nestorbird, Odoo, Roadmap, Deskera, Absolute, Zoho ERP, Rednote, ERPNext, Ramco, MS Navision, Sage, Netsuite, QuickBooks, Align Books, TCS Ion, Optipro, or Konnect.
3. Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
4. Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
7. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
8. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
