    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at RCOR. The intern will be involved in various day-to-day tasks, including communication with clients, providing customer service, assisting with sales activities, and participating in training sessions. The role is primarily located in Thrissur but allows for some remote work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leverage your understanding of software sales or related fields to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
    • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively articulate the value of our software products and services to potential clients.
    • Collaborate closely with our sales team to meet and exceed targets and objectives, contributing to the company's overall success.
    • Employ your knowledge in business sales to identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
    • Work alongside our sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to our company's growth.

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional English speaking and PowerPoint presentation skills.
    • Customer service experience
    • Understanding of sales processes
    • Ability to assist with sales management
    • Willingness to participate in training activities
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the technology sector is a plus
    • A self-motivated individual who is keen to develop new business opportunities and work within a team environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in IT , Business, Marketing, or related field
