- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Strong knowledge in Revit and Auto CAD
- 4+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
- Flexible to work in client sites as well. Flexibility in relocation
- Strong knowledge of architecture and construction drawings
- Experience as a Modeler, specifically in the mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) domain
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately create and maintain models
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, or related field

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler - MEP. The BIM Modeler - MEP will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and detailed mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The BIM Modeler - MEP will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction drawings and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the models.
