    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team at Delight Living Spaces. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our real estate and development projects, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
    • Good knowledge of tele-calling techniques and best practices
    • Ability to learn and understand complex products and services
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our real estate and development projects
    • Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries
    • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
    • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales
    • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
