    The candidate shouldpossess excellent communication skills a strong understanding ofsales strategies and a proven track record of achieving salestargets. This role requires frequent client interaction negotiationskills and the ability to identify and capitalize on businessopportunities.


    Responsibilities:1.Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans toachieve business goals and objectives.2.Identify new business opportunities through market research andanalysis.3.

    Generate leads and convert theminto sales opportunities.4. Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing and potentialclients.5. Conduct client visits andpresentations to promote our services andofferings.6. Meet and exceed sales targetson a regularbasis.

    Requirements:1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.2. Proven experience in sales andmarketing roles preferably in the financial servicesindustry.3. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills both verbal andwritten.4. Excellent negotiation andpersuasion abilities.5. Valid driverslicense and access to a reliablevehicle.

    Preferred:1.Experience in business development within a CA firm or financialservices sector.2. Knowledge of accountingprinciples and practices.3. Familiarity withdigital marketing tools andtechniques.
