• Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of o9's solutions to customers across industries and geographies.
• Develop, document, and maintain procedures for administering, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure
• Design, implement and support solutions based on the needs of the business and based on industry professional and security best practices
• Develop and deploy bestinclass tools that support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
• Understanding of customer's requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting them.
• Work closely with consultants/analysts to develop a clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.
• Configure the o9 platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases and document issues and track progress at resolving issues.
• Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
• Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience with experience implementing planning applications is a MUST.
• Education: Bachelor of Technology (Btech / BE)
• Languages: SQL, R, Python or similar languages for data transformation or simulation programs. In addition, OLAP/BI solution experience is highly required.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of and demonstrative good practice, including clean code, automated testing, source control, and continuous delivery
• Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.
• Experience with SSIS, IBPL, Python
• Experience with optimizing and tuning queries
• Experience with modeling data structures
• Handson experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e. Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.
• Knowledge and experience of integration of Planning function with Mfg, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and Costing functions
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
