    We are hiring Application packagers- L2/L3

    Note: This requirement is for Immediate to 60 days of Notice Period candidates only.

    Experience: 5-11 Years

    Location: BANGALORE/CHENNAI

    Quick snapshot of requirements

    · Package applications from MSI, exe format to MSIX format using MSIX packaging tool.

    · Develop, test, and deploy software packages using industry standard tools and methodologies

    · Create installation scripts and configure deployment settings to ensure successful and consistent installations across multiple platforms

    · Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot issues related to application packaging and deployment

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaged applications are compatible with target systems

    · Create documentation and training materials for end-users and IT teams

    · Ensure that all packaged applications meet the organization's security, performance, and reliability requirements

    · Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to application packaging and deployment

    · Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams as needed

    · Knowledge on the cloud-based tools like Chocolatey will be a plus.

    · Development Skills

    Skill Required –

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

    · Strong understanding of application packaging tools and methodologies, such as SCCM/MECM, MSI, and App-V

    · Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch

    · Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux

    · Knowledge on the packaging tools like Flexera admin studio will be a plus.

    · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    · Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    · Significant working knowledge in the following.

    · Enterprise IT Infrastructure

    · Enterprise Applications

    · Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Windows Desktop

    · Cloud technologies - Exposure to AWS and Azure

    · Documentation skills - Should have good knowledge on technical writing, authoring technical documentation.

    · Communication skills

    · Should have exceptional professional communication skills – address meetings and present designs to stakeholders, interpersonal skills.

    · Conduct technical trainings

    · Self-starter, capable of working without direction and able to deliver technical projects from scratch

    . Sound problem analysis and resolution abilities.
