    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and recruiting top talent from diverse backgrounds and industries
    • Analyzing resumes and cover letters to identify relevant skills and experience
    • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the role
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the selection process
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with both hiring managers and applicants to enhance the candidate experience

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 4-6 years of relevant work experience
    • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
    • Experience with full life cycle recruiting, preferably in-house experience
    • Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level
