    Responsibilities :


    • Help to solve technical problems when they arise
    • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
    • Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
    • Mentor junior team members in terms of key decision making
    • Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
    • Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time
    • Architect & design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions
    • Work closely with technical developers to produce a highlevel solution and document it such that it is possible to walk through with the end users/stakeholders.

    Qualifications :

    • 8+ Years of work experience
    • 25 years of engineering management experience, preferably in either an established technology firm or a fastgrowth startup.
    • Strong interpersonal , communication and managerial skills
    • Prior management/mentoring experience of Senior Engineers
    • Selfmotivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive it to accomplish highquality deliverables
    • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
    • Ability to excel in a fastpaced and agile environment
