    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the automobile industry to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding and off-boarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll and policy development.

    The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and factory/plant HR. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, conducting training and development programs, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:**
      • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and plant-based roles.
      • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring accordingly.
      • Implement onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
    • **Employee Engagement & Relations:**
      • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
      • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
      • Maintain transparent communication between management and staff.
    • **HR Policies & Compliance:**
      • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry standards.
      • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
      • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation.
    • **Training & Development:**
      • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for skill development.
      • Support performance appraisal processes and career development plans.
    • **Payroll & Attendance Management:**
      • Oversee monthly payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department.
      • Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift scheduling.

    Key Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the automobile/automotive industry.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and factory/plant HR.
    • Proficient in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
