Lead and execute comprehensive testing efforts, including both manual and automated testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:-

Functional Expertise

● Develop and maintain robust test suites and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

● Drive the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and test scripts to streamline testing processes, improve test coverage, and accelerate release cycles.

● Collaborate with release management and deployment teams to ensure smooth and successful releases with minimal impact on production environments.

Interaction

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. Ensure thorough test coverage across all functional areas and use cases.

● Coordinate and participate in release activities, including release planning, regression testing, and production deployment.

Problem Solving

● Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

● Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement in the testing lifecycle and implement effective solutions to drive quality improvements and productivity gains.

● Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior QA team members to enhance their technical skills, domain knowledge, and testing expertise. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualification & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

● 6-9 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.

Skills & know-how

● Proven expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.).

● Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.

● Experience with performance testing, security testing, and test management tools is a plus.

● Proficient in Java (Spring Boot).
