TheRole:As an Emergency ServicesRepresentative youll provide critical support to people inemergency and distressful situations. Youll answer phone callsassess situations quickly and accurately and provide essentialinformation while using multiple communication toolssimultaneously.
Yourea Perfect Fit If YouHave:

• C1 or C2proficiency in German (both spoken andwritten)
• Fluency in English (B2 orhigher)
• At least 6 months of experience inemergency services dispatch or a related field (e.g. healthcaremilitary fire department police)
• A calm andcollected demeanor under pressure
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Strongattention to detail and the ability tomultitask

APlus If YouHave:

• Priorexperience working in a highpressure emergency communication centerenvironment
• Experience using a CAD(computerassisted dispatch)application
• Knowledge of laws protocols andcompliance related to emergency services
• Arecent CPRcertification
