    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our admissions counseling team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students and their families, understand their educational aspirations, and offer personalized counseling services to guide them through the admissions process. This position involves extensive fieldwork and requires strong interpersonal skills, persuasive abilities, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct regular visits to high schools, colleges, and educational events to promote our admission counseling services.

    Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, counselors, and other stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.

    Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their academic background, career goals, and preferences.

    Provide detailed information about admission requirements, application procedures, and academic programs offered by partner universities and colleges.

    Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of counseling services and support throughout the admissions process.

    Keep abreast of developments in the education sector, including changes in admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and study abroad programs.

    Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions outcomes using CRM software or other tracking tools.

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience required : 2-5 Years in the Education sector or a related field.

    Proven track record of success in sales or counseling roles, preferably in the education sector.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

    Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

    Knowledge of internal education systems, admission procedures.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
