Global Content Marketing Platform Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to oversee the India market for our global content marketing platform.

Job Summary

This role involves working closely with business teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies align with People's strategies. The successful candidate will identify and attract top talent in technical or business baseline, develop sustainable talent acquisition plans, and implement innovative recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment delivery and operations in the India market
Partner with business teams to align sourcing and hiring strategies with People's strategies
Identify and attract top talent in technical or business baseline using industry knowledge and experience
Determine current hiring needs and produce forecasts
Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
Leverage a network/user group base to promote the brand and tap into potential talent
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Suggest measures for improving employee retention

Requirements

At least 6-7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar TA role
Experience in hiring for Start-ups is a must
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Will to be flexible and work beyond job description requirements
