    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Site Engineer (STP) for our company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Site Engineer (STP), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and construction site management
    • Proficiency in land surveying techniques and topographic mapping
    • Experience with construction site inspections and quality control
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
    • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conducting site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
    • Assisting in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Performing land surveying and topographic mapping to determine site characteristics and identify potential challenges
    • Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
    • Collaborating with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction issues
    • Monitoring and managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower
    • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any potential risks or hazards
    • Preparing progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
    • Maintaining accurate project records, including drawings, permits, and change orders
