Job Title: Electrical Panel Upgrades Coordinator — Remote (India)

Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented remote coordinator to oversee the end-to-end paperwork and administrative workflow for California electrical panel upgrades. This role ensures every project is fully documented and compliant with AHJ permitting/inspections, utility requirements, and insurance + lender closeout packages.

• Manage permit processing, inspections scheduling, utility coordination support, and compliance documentation for multiple projects concurrently.


• Maintain accurate records of permits submitted/submitted status/expires dates/resubmissions/corrections fees postings etc. 
  Maintain an audit-ready digital job folder structure with standardized naming conventions.
