    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Personality Development Trainer to join our team at Lamrin tech skill University. As a Personality Development Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive soft skills training to our students. This includes providing guidance and support in areas such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Masters in English- Regular
    • Proven experience as a Personality Development Trainer or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of personality development theories and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
    • Patience and empathy in dealing with students from diverse backgrounds.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
    • Certification in personality development training is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver effective personality development training programs to our students.
    • Assist students in understanding the importance of communication skills, body language, and interpersonal relations.
    • Conduct workshops and seminars to improve confidence, self-esteem, and presentation skills.
    • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to students to help them overcome weaknesses and develop their strengths.
    • Collaborate with other trainers and educators to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in personality development training.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as necessary to meet student needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to the management team.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
