Your Role

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates
• Coordinate interview logistics, reference checks, and background verification
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines using ATS and CRM systems

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident engaging with both clients and candidates
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Experience in Australian recruitment is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
