    Job Description:

    This is a Salesforce Technical Architect role requiring 12+ years of experience with Cygnus Professionals Inc. The position is based in Bengaluru, allowing for some remote work.

    The SFDC Technical Architect will be responsible for technical architecture, software development, solution architecture, integration, and enterprise architecture tasks on a day-to-day basis.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Salesforce Platform
    • LWC (Lightning Web Components)
    • FSL (Field Service Lightning)
    • Integration

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant.
    2. Define and document system architecture for Salesforce implementations, including data model, security model, and role hierarchies.
    3. Stay current on the latest Salesforce features and functionality to optimize solutions.
    4. Develop custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
    5. Apply best practices for coding standards and ensure code maintainability.
    6. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design patterns.
    7. Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
    8. Identify automation opportunities that leverage Salesforce capabilities.
    9. Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce SMEs to define project scope and success criteria.
    10. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and ETL tools.
    11. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between integrated systems.
    12. Consider enterprise-wide solutions and how Salesforce fits into the overall IT landscape.
    13. Provide guidance on aligning Salesforce architecture with broader IT strategies.
    14. Manage the Salesforce product backlog, prioritizing user stories and ensuring clarity of acceptance criteria.
    15. Define user story writing style for consistency and clarity.
    16. Act as a release manager, approving configurations and coded items for deployment across environments.

    Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform (Salesforce.com), including LWC, FSL, and Field Service Lightning.
    • Experience with Salesforce data model design, role hierarchies, and security models.
    • Expertise in integration techniques using APIs and ETL tools.
    • Solid understanding of technical architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture principles.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technically sound and scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Experience in grooming and refining product backlogs.
    • Strong project management and release management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
    • Experience in the healthcare IT industry (a plus).
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
