    Description

    DayToDay Responsbilities:

    • Hands-on development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
    • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of HRSD workflows in ServiceNow platform (Employee Document Management, Employee Service Center, HR Case Management).
    • Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
    • Write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal.
    • Proficient in UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client script.
    • Train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests.
    • Integrate with 3rd party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
    • Exposure to fundamental SQL constructs and usage – DML / DQL.
    • Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
    • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
    • Answer "how to" technical and application.

    Must Have:
