- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in software testing
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Perform manual and automated testing on software applications and systems to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases, track defects, and document test results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools/techniques
- Participate in code and design reviews to provide input from a testing perspective
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
