    Oxane Partners Limited is a leading provider of portfolio management services to global institutional investors.

    Job Description

    This role will be part of our growing Portfolio Management team and the primary responsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where we provide portfolio management service or reporting services to global institutional investors investing in structured credit products, asset-backed financing, or non-performing loan financing transactions.

    The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring, and reporting key metrics of their investments. The role would entail researching across legal agreements, reviewing key metrics, understanding the portfolio, and prepare the reporting of the same. He/she would also be required to interact and coordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding the client's investment portfolio by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements, deal documents, and understanding servicer or investor reports
    • Working closely with the clients in supporting them for risk and exposure monitoring of the transactions
    • Calculating and monitoring covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, and other key metrics/tests
    • Assisting/leading the daily operations of the various workstream and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and punctual
    • Liaising with the BA and Implementation team to ensure that the data and logics on our proprietary platform are accurate
    • Mentoring and guiding the freshers of the team with an aim to improve the overall learning curve
    • Providing enhanced surveillance to the clients on their portfolios and sharing critical aspects with respect to overall performance proactively
    • Assisting in standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies and setting up SOPs and processes around deliverables

    Requirements

    • Broad understanding of the asset-backed lending landscape
    • In-depth understanding of core financial concepts
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Prior experience in structured credit/secuiritized product would be beneficial
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
    • Desired candidate must have graduated/MBA/advanced degree in finance

    Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
