    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and propose hiring plans for various divisions.
    • Work closely with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all the hiring needs are understood in terms of details and priorities.
    • Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
    • Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
    • Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.

    Qualification:

    • MBA/PGDM


    • Excellent comm. skills

    • Verbal & Written.
    • Good Excel/Presentation skills.
    • Understanding on sourcing & market / competition.
