    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a strong background in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns & creatives within Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.

    As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing ROI across our owned digital channels. As a Lead, you will manage client relations and meet necessary requirements.

    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing in D2C brands. Preference is given to candidates with Personal Care & Lifestyle Brands experience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across owned channels, including managing campaign budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and creative assets.
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
    • Creative Strategy & Analysis: Develop and execute performance-led creative plans, utilizing qualitative understanding to decide the right parameters for creatives.
    • Writing performance creative briefs with the right references and conducting competitive analysis with actionable presentations.
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools and attribution models to measure and track key performance metrics across owned channels.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue trends, customer behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Make informed decisions on campaign targeting, budget allocation, and channel optimization.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven experiments to improve campaign performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, B.Tech, or a related field from a top college.
    • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C brands.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing ROI through performance marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of owned digital channels, including Facebook, Google, Snapchat, etc.
    • Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms.
    • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with web analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision making.
