    We at Growder Technovations Pvt Ltd having corporate office in Surat, Gujarat is hiring Sr. Graphic designer as below;

    Job Role : Senior Graphic Designer (3-5 Yrs Exp)

    Job Location : Surat

    CTC : 3.50 LPA

    Key Role & Responsibilities;

    Create visually appealing info graphics, web designs, and social media content that align with brand guidelines and communication goals.

    Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations.

    Create visually captivating motion graphics that bring life to static designs and enhance the overall video content.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies for online campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms.

    Develop original, eye-catching designs for various digital channels, including social media posts, banners, email newsletters, and website graphics.

    Design and format content for presentations, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various platforms.

    Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within the given time frames.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

    2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

    Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials, illustrations, and other creative work.

    Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

    Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
