    Description

    SalesProcess:

    • Conducting a detailedneed analysis to engage with the customer & position TMLproducts according to the identified need of thecustomer
    • Performing the demo process highlighting thebenefits of the product to the customer and also comparing withcompetition
    • Addressing all product relatedqueries/objection by the customer and involve the DSM whenrequired.
    • Marketing the various value-added servicesavailable to the customer
    • Generating quotations for thecustomer based on their requirements and considering the prevalentschemes/offers & guiding the customer on the financingoptions, RTO process, insurance, booking amount etc.
    • Continuous follow up with the customer at each stage to convert theC0 to retail.
    • Getting commitment sheet signed off fromthe customer after booking of the vehicle & confirms thebooking by accepting booking amount, opening yellow form andcompleting all document requirements
    • Calculating theestimated time of delivery, explaining the delivery processes tothe customer & scheduling delivery time with the customerand confirms after discussion with the logisticsdepartment
