Job summary
Key Responsibilities: Own and continuously enhance global BI dashboards and data models used for management steering across regions, functions, and service lines Translate financial data into clear insights, narratives, and visualizations for regional and functional stakeholders to enable effective decision-making Deliver key controlling activities across planning (budgeting and forecasting), cost management, revenue recognition, project controlling, CAPEX, ad‑hoc reporting, automation, and financial analysis Act as custodian of data across reporting systems ensuring accuracy consistency in planning reporting tools Actively participate in budgeting forecasting financial planning processes within the reporting tools Conduct detailed engagement profitability analyses to support strategic decision‑making Serve as primary point of contact for dashboard related communications with stakeholders Act as backup for team members to maintain dashboards reports during their absence Lead support change initiatives aimed at strengthening insight generation report capabilities Contribute to ad‑hoc management reports CFO Group Executive Board GEB Board of Directors BoD Partner closely with Strategic Finance & Group Controlling Accounting CFO local project managers provide financial insights business support Requirements CA/ICWA qualification strong proficiency Excel BI tools Minimum 5 years professional experience Controlling or Financial BI global environment exposure professional services industry is an advantage Proven experience building operating global steering management reporting solutions Strong understanding financial KPIs performance drivers management report concepts Strong command ERP systems report analysis planning tools preferably Power BI Microsoft Fabric Jedox SAP ByDesign along advanced Excel skills Excellent written verbal communication skills English Strong analytical problem solving organizational capabilities Ability communicate confidently effectively diverse stakeholders Demonstrated ability perform high level dynamic fast paced environments Proactive independent working style strong sense ownership responsibility Collaborate strong team player advance Controlling initiatives Genuine interest developing more strategic business oriented approach Finance Show more Show less
