    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels.
    • Escalate serious complaints or issues that cannot be resolved immediately.
    • Liaise with colleagues and managers to find effective solutions to customer problems.
    • Identify common issues and suggest improvements to management.
    • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Gather and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and services as they are introduced.
    • Attend workshops and meetings as required.
    • Provide training to new customer service agents.
    • Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
    • Practical experience with help desk software and CRM systems may be required.
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
    • Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
    • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Flexibility to work varying schedules.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

    Estimated Salary:

    $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
