    Description

    Ecommerce:

    • Set vision to develop ecommerce opportunities across channels. Identify key players in different territories and establish relationships to drive business.
    • Understand the key business drivers across products, colour and location to build strategic ecommerce portfolio and drive ecommerce marketing strategy to accelerate ecommerce sales
    • Manage the media agency, Resellers and Ecom partners across markets to create a flawless ecom experience for each market.
    • Scale up Ecommerce business while managing profitability of the business.
    • Design and drive strategic content & marketing initiatives to build Ecommerce funnel
    • Lead and execute content and engagement campaigns such as influencer campaigns, social media campaigns (paid social) to drive lower funnel and conversion on E commerce.
    • Build automation to help scale up E commerce such as Pricing tool etc.
    • Build vision and drive high performing regional ecommerce setup across different business segments. Drive indepth planning and execution across B2C and B2B segments
    • Establish clear short and longterm ecommerce strategy and management of the Dulux eShop, together with external and internal stakeholders
    • Develop ecommerce product portfolio strategy, online promotions, and price strategy for online commerce in South Asia.
    • Focus on driving traffic and sales, while maximizing the brand proposition, consumer journey to support an integrated omnichannel go to market strategy.
    • Formulate and execute digital marketing demandgeneration initiatives including but not limited to onsite activity, social media, display, search engine and affiliate marketing channels. Develop digital journey and CTA driving traffic to ecommerce stores and build consumer engagement through CRM activities in collaboration with the global framework and guidelines.
    • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with ecommerce partners and build long term partnership
    • Lead and drive engagement with cross functional teams to ensure different teams are aligned on the vision and targets for ecommerce sales across different segments
