Overview:

The ServiceAssistant Spare Parts plays a vital role in our organization byproviding essential support in managing spare parts inventory andensuring timely delivery to our customers. This position is crucialin maintaining customer satisfaction and the efficient operation ofour servicedepartment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Quotation Recordand Follow up.
• Spares Parts and ToolsRecord.
• Spare parts marketing (after quotationsent to customer).
• Workshop Management andentry of every machine in and out.
• UnderWarranty Claim Spares Parts Record
• Coordination with sales/store/servicedepartment.
• Return Material Authorization(RMA) Record of the concerned Company
• Purchaseorder and Dispatch Record of Customers.
• Payment follow up of AMC/CMC/Service chargeinvoices.
• Installation of machinesrecord.
• Assist to Senior for revenuegeneration.
• Other duties assigned bySenior.
