    Tech Delivery Specialist, Pune

    As the Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer, you will uphold the integrity of the CMDB and CSDM via Configuration and Asset Management governance, health, and maturity initiatives. You will be a key contributor toward developing service strategy and will be responsible for the communication, and enforcement of CMDB Processes and Integrations to support cybersecurity resilience, IT Operations maturity, continuity, and integrated risk management.

    Responsibilities:

    • An in-depth knowledge of most of the following ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Hardware Asset Management; Configuration Management Database (CMDB); Cloud Management, Discovery (ITOM); and Knowledge Management.
    • Can demonstrate a working experience or a depth of technical knowledge of Cloud Provisioning and Governance models using either Azure, AWS or Kubernetes, etc and how/why discovery is a key function of the overall management suite of Cloud.
    • You can demonstrate a strong understanding of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and integrations on the ServiceNow Platform.
    • Ability to adapt at working in both Agile and traditional Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
    • Completion or in the process of completing Certified Discovery Implementation Specialist. Additional experience and/or certification in Cloud Discovery is a plus.
    • 5 or more years of demonstrated technical experience with design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and Service Mapping, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), defining and documenting the structure, connections, and relationships of any of the following: business, processes, organizational work groups, applications, user interfaces, applications interfaces, infrastructure and network topology.
    Qualifications
    • 6 to 10 years of recent hands-on technical working experience on systems integration projects/programs.
    • Excellent time management skills to succeed with shifting priorities over multiple assignments on projects/programs.
    • Ability to design and implement integrations using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub and custom integration using REST API etc.
    • Ability to perform ServiceNow platform development using, Service Now Flow Designer ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes and Security Rules.
