    Job Responsibilities:

    Host morning meetings with the CEO to discuss HR-related matters and provide updates

    Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

    Conduct monthly review meetings with employees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.

    Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.

    Develop and implement training programs for junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.

    Lead employee branding efforts to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.

    Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management roles in digital marketing agencies.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven track record of managing full cycle recruitment processes and developing effective training programs.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

    Tough attitude and willingness to work closely with management to achieve organizational goals.
