    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a District Sales Officer. As the District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales executives in Kasaragod District, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position with an expected experience level of 4 to 6 years.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a District Sales Officer or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Sound understanding of sales principles and techniques
    • In-depth knowledge of the assigned district's market and competition
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned district

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned district
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
