QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree from NID, NIFT, Pearl Academy, symbiosis, in Product Design of furniture or similar fields.
• 4 years in product development, with a focus on furniture or similar fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative work.
• Experience in leading a design and development team.
• knowledge of manufacturing industry along with networks to develop certain parts and products
  

SKILLS

• Exceptional aesthetic design sense of products
• Great understanding and knowledge of technicalities of developing new products
• Proficient in design softwares such as Autocad and other 3D software's
• Understanding of the technicalities of lighting such as CCT, lumens, lux, CRI
• Innovative and creative design thinker with a problem solving mindset.
• Ability to do conceptual designing and having a creative mind
• Strong understandings in materials and finishes
• Leadership with excellent communication skills.

ROLES

• Leading ideation of innovative products under the guidance of the founder
• Designing of these products in required software
• Execution and prototype development of these ideas into reality by working with in-house manufacturing teams and outsourced teams.
• Drive technical and creative design thinking, ensuring functionality, aesthetics.
• Improve the current designs aesthetically, technically, and functionally
• To integrate more technologies into the product like Vitamin D, heat etc..
