    Job Responsibilities :


    The Role of the Team Lead is to manage the Group of Manager ,Associate Manager and Team Member in ensuring the delivery of KPI as per SLA-OLA agreed with the respective Sector ( Polymer / Polyester / FID/ Aromatic / Elastomer).

    Timely ensuring the compliance embeded with the transactions . Ensuring the various external compliance relating to Export , namely, Custom , Excise FEMA and RBI compliance. Business partnering and customer support. Implement Talent Management processes to develop internal talent through succession plan & mentoring. Work for instilling ownership mind-set and agility at #Petchem AR-Export Post-shipment Polyester & Compliance Support# Team.


    Planning and monitoring ofday to dayactivity to ensure thatKPI agreed in the SLA-OLA is adheredEnsuring timely negotiationof export documentsin-line with LC / payment terms without discrepancy and coordinate with bank for payment against the documents.

    Customer Support-Ensuring timelyarranging of export documentsto customer immediately after the shipment.

    In case of domestic customerdelivering the required services as agreed in the SLA-OLA.Business Partnering- Supporting the Businessin achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS.Review of exiting system / process , identify the gap and cordionate with concerned agencies for system improvement.

    Ensure that the company is always protected by complying with all applicable statutory, regulatory and internal policy/ guidelines.
    Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processesas part ofcontinuousimprovement -Service delivery to Business.

    Provide cross functional training in all processes and develop good knowledge pool to facilitate smooth operations and handling of emergencies.

    Graduate with post qualification in Finance #Preferably CA/ICWA


    Experience Requirement :
    At least 10 #15 years experience, out of which RIL experience should not be less than 10 years.·Skills & Competencies :Knowledge


    Knowledge ofSAP / Microsoft Office ( Mainly excel )Knowledge of Accounting Principles, International trade practice , International trade finance ,RIL commercial policiesReasonable Knowledge ofIndirect taxes , EXIM processes etc.

    Basiccommercial knowledge.
