In your newrole you will:

You will be part of a global automotiveapplications team and you will be working with colleagues andcustomers on developing their latest innovations based onthe AURIX microcontroller.

Your role includesunderstanding device internals and endapplicationsownership of customer usecases with respect to lowlevel driversutility tools using scripting and closely working with globalcustomers to help them evaluate Infineon automotivemicrocontrollers.

You will support our customerssoftware designin with detailed product expertiseof Infineon 32bit microcontrollers interact withdevelopers and with the technical team and ensure a highlevel of software quality.

You are best equippedfor this task if you have:
Have a degree in ElectricalEngineering Information Technology or Computer Science ideally withfocus on lowlevel firmware / software aspects of embeddedsystems
Bring at least 6 years of experience inautomotive software projects
Bring along deep embeddedsoftware development knowledge in C ideally on both application andlowlevel side profiling and solid debugging skills
Familiarity with computer system architecture and microcontrollerfundamentals (buses caches etc)
Active involvement intesting and debugging of lowlevel drivers (e.g. DMA/ADC/PWM/Flashetc)
Exposure to AURIX microcontroller family is anadded advantage
Know about (automotive) communicationprotocols and (realtime)operating systems
Knowledge ofMCAL AUTOSAR integration techniques would be anadvantage
Familiarity with Safety analysis and conceptsis a PLUS
Able to understand the end system in additionto software implementation
Actively drive complexproblems reported by customers to a solution
Enjoytravelling for work at least once in a while
