    Main tasks & Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Trend Analysis:

    Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in the digital space. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in social media platforms.

    Social Media Strategy:

    Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. Set specific social media objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Technology and Trend Awareness:

    Stay up to date with current technologies, design tools, and applications relevant to social media management. Identify and leverage new features and trends to enhance social media strategies.

    ROI Reporting:

    Set specific objectives for social media campaigns and report on Return on Investment (ROI). Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Content Creation and Publishing:

    Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with other teams, particularly marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Coordinate efforts to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

    Social Media Account Design:

    Oversee the design elements of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts. Ensure a visually appealing and cohesive brand representation across platforms.

    Brand Awareness and Promotion:

    Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions. Monitor and track competitors to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital agency.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
    • Familiarity with design tools and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Up to date with industry trends and technologies.
